Making Of Homemade Caramel Ice Cream

Caramel cream ice cream is everyone's favorite. Here we are going to explain to you how to get thick, soft caramel ice cream, which is excellent on its own or as a supplement to many other delicacies.

Remove from heat and add 100 ml of cream with care, as the cream will bubble and spit easily. Reheat it, stirring constantly until you get a sticky caramel consistency. Set one aside.

In the second saucepan, scrub the vanilla pods with the remaining cream, add milk, and heat until the liquid is almost boiling.  Remove from heat and pour over the caramel, stirring so that the caramel is evenly mixed.

In another bowl, add the egg yolks and remaining sugar, whisk until all the sugar has dissolved. Pour this mixture with the caramel and cream mixture into the pan and heat it gently, stir it evenly, so that the caramel doesn't clump. After ten minutes, the mixture will thicken.

Pour the mixture into your ice cream bowl and put it in a freeze. Once it has finished freeze and enjoy.
